Cluskeys has been under new management since July 2011 when local & renowned executive chef Vincent Byrne took the reins to make this a thriving and busy Restaurant & Bar. Vincent brings his own familiar style and special flavours to the various dishes he presents  in the Cluskeys Menu. You can be sure that whatever the occasion the Cluskeys Restaurant & Bar menus will have something to catch your eye and suit your palate, without hurting your pocket.
