Our Restaurant

Cluskeys restaurant is a 90 seater arranged over three dining rooms and is open seven days a week. You can enjoy your meal in the Sun Room, The Captain’s Room or the Long Room. Guests staying over can enjoy their breakfast in the Sun Room or in the cosiness of the Captain’s Room.

Executive chef & owner Vincent Byrne enjoys sourcing only the very best local produce from Bord Bia approved farmers and suppliers to bring you the finest tasting  Beef, Chicken, Pork & Fish. Vincent also selects only the best locally produced vegetables for his kitchen making it an ideal choice for any Vegetarian or special dietary requirements.

Sunday Lunch 12 noon – 4.00pm

The Bar is open everyday for Lunch from 12.30pm-3.00pm
